Successful Customisation of Heating Elements

In March 2024, we received a letter from a customer who mentioned that the heating elements they had purchased from their original supplier were not working as expected, and that they had been receiving poor feedback from their customers for several months after the sale. We had an in-depth conversation with the customer and finally got the idea that the customer wanted to customise a heater with higher heating efficiency, higher temperature resistance and more memorable packaging.

After confirming the idea with the customer, we fed the idea back to the factory's R&D and design teams, waiting for the engineers to assess the feasibility of the improved operation of this product before they changed the material and the length of the springs on the heating elements of this product.
Our team made a prototype according to the drawing and after getting the confirmation from the customer, we sent the prototype to the customer's country and the customer tested it on the machine. The results were so satisfactory that the customer ordered 1,000 sets of heating elements to be sold on the market. The heating elements stood out in the market, not only in terms of a 20 per cent increase in sales, but also in terms of a significant reduction in the rate of returns and bad reviews.
